Gelina doesn't use CC in her uploads, and she does midcentury modern especially well-like holy shit is she great at that. The Aevis is more "suburban" and also has a whole level of bonus room, which is pretty great. The Giada is a fantastic modern house, if you're into that. There's a very sweet and homey little colonial available for download.įarfalle Sims has houses in a variety of styles I like them because they're all laid out very logically for good playability and use minimal CC. Her community lots are especially fantastic, but the residential stuff is lovely too. S/he does a lot of very realistic, Cape Cod-style homes that would look great in a coastal kind of neighborhood. One-plumbbob has a lot of CC-free homes, which are always convenient because you can just throw them in your game without doing a treasure hunt for links.
I LOVE building Sim-houses and looking at Sim-houses! So I am somewhat qualified to answer this :P Here are my suggestions:
